A good back-to-basics slasher requel that respects its origins and delivers. I think the killer’s motivation may not land with all, but that’s okay. It remains in line with the semi-spoof nature the franchise has actually always been.
Of course, they should end it now, but I’d understand and tune in even if they don’t.
