My next door neighbour was fixing something under his car, when it caused some kind of chemical reaction which caused an explosion. He was badly injured {major burns} & taken to hospital. I believe he still is being kept there.
The explosion set the whole car alight & the fire spread & set mine alight too.
I have made a point of offering any help to the neighbour if required. Wasn’t the best of times but I did introduce myself to the remainder of the family as I hadn’t ever spoken to them before.
